We have had a very busy, festive week - highlights included taking part in Trafford Music Service’s wonderful “ExTraffordganza” ,and watching the panto “Peter Pan”, followed up with a live Zoom interview with Captain Hook himself (oh, yes we did!). The children also made Christmas baubles and chose their favourite carols ready for our outdoor, distanced celebration around the camp fire next week.

As well as drafting persuasive letters from hard-pressed Manchester mill workers to their masters in our English lessons and working on shape transformations in maths, we also found time to investigate and try out bridge building methods, applying knowledge of forces from our science work to test out their strength.
