Week 6

To all our Fledglings, We are so sorry we did not get chance to say goodbye to you all properly. We hope you are all well. We want you to know that you are very much missed and all the special plans we had, such as our superhero party will go ahead once we are back together.

It has been a joy to look at the photographs of you completing the learning activities and enjoying time in your gardens. Please keep sending them to school and we will share them on our class page.

We will update the website with new learning challenges for you after the holidays.

We understand it must be very hard for you not being able to play with your friends. However, you can still keep in touch. We know some of you have been using video message and face time.

If you ask your grown up to help you find out your friends address, you my wish to start up a pen pal club. It’s a lovely way to keep in touch and helps with your writing. Nursery children may wish to send pictures or any other Art work. You could make and send cards for someone’s birthday..

We are so proud of you taking part in Joe Wicks PE sessions. You all have amazing energy. You could also try cosmic yoga or yoga kids.

Try to enjoy the sunshine. You could look out for different birds, learn about the plants growing in your garden, or name the flowers.

We love the idea that some children have been making rainbows N spitting them in their windows. This is such a positive and cheerful thing. It will remind people of the bright days ahead.

Take care of yourselves and we hope to see you very soon

With love and best wishes from The Early Years Team x
