Week 2
This week in Fledglings we have continued our Superheroes theme. We returned to school on Monday to find the evil peas had invaded our classroom. They caused mayhem! We used our superhero skills to find and count them. We looked at instructions in our Literacy work, finding out how jelly is made. The fledglings helped to describe how the jelly felt during the activity. Our plan worked and the evil pea was caught! We trapped him in strawberry jelly.
We celebrated Shrive Tuesday and Ash Wednesday. The children thought of lovely Lenten promises and made a lovely collage using purple materials.
