At Altrincham CE Primary School, we understand the importance of the transition process for both pupils and their parents and, as a result, we are committed to providing a smooth transition for all pupils whether it is between settings, year groups or key stages.

The period during Covid -19 has presented many unprecedented circumstances for both children and their families which may have had a continuing significant impact on their development and emotional well-being in varying degrees. Therefore, we believe that It is more essential than ever to work with families on an individual level to support smooth transitions.
