In groups, the children had to decide on the features an ARP warden would need, such as portability and ease of use.  They applied knowledge of light, circuits and switches that they have learned in science lessons this term together with their ideas for style and types of material, to create a design board.  I think we have some budding product designers...maybe future stars of “The Apprentice”!
